These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryhormovance.com, the Hormovance® product, and any related services provided by Halsen Labs, Inc. ("Halsen," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Hormovance® or provide personal information. By placing an order you represent you meet this age requirement, can enter binding contracts, and are providing accurate information.
2 · Wellness content disclaimer
All content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hormovance® is a dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

3 · Orders, pricing, and payment
- All orders subject to product availability and our acceptance.
- Prices in USD; may change without notice. The price at order confirmation is the price you pay.
- We may correct typographical or pricing errors, even after acceptance, and either present the corrected price or cancel and refund.
- Payment processed by a third-party provider over TLS. We do not store full card numbers.
- Sales tax added where required by law based on shipping address.
4 · Shipping and delivery
- U.S. shipping and select international destinations. Methods shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are guidance, not guarantees.
- Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
- Marked-delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days; we work with the carrier on your behalf.
- International buyers responsible for any import duties or taxes.
5 · Subscriptions
If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the cadence you select. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@tryhormovance.com at least 24 hours before your next shipment. Cancellations after processing apply to the following cycle.
6 · Returns and the 60-day promise
Hormovance® is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee on opened or unopened bottles. Eligibility, instructions, timelines, and edge cases are documented on the 60-Day Promise page, incorporated by reference.
7 · User content and reviews
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other content, you grant Halsen Labs, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with marketing the product. You represent you have the right to grant this license and your content does not infringe third-party rights.
We may edit user content for length, clarity, and FTC/FDA advertising compliance, and remove content we deem inappropriate or non-compliant.
8 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorized access; probe or test security vulnerabilities; interfere with operation (DDoS, spam, scraping); resell Hormovance® without prior written authorization; misrepresent your identity; or submit fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or refund requests.
9 · Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, copy, photography, illustrations, and content on this site are the property of Halsen Labs, Inc. or used with permission. "Halsen Labs" and "Hormovance" are trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use.

The service may contain links to third-party websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
11 · Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12 · Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALSEN LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
13 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Halsen Labs, Inc. harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your user content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14 · Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15 · Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16 · Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
17 · Entire agreement
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and 60-Day Promise, constitute the entire agreement between you and Halsen Labs, Inc. with respect to the service.
