How the refund process works

    Receive a return authorization within 1 business day.

    Our care team replies with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the package.

    Mail your bottles back.

    Return all bottles you received (opened or unopened — both qualify). A tracked shipping option is recommended. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

    Refund issued within 3–5 business days of receipt.

    Once your return is received and matched to your RMA, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary — typically 3–5 business days, occasionally up to 10.

Edge cases

  • Lost or stolen in transit. Contact us within 7 days of marked delivery. We file the carrier claim and reship at no charge once acknowledged.
  • Wrong item received. Contact us within 14 days with a photo. We send the correct order at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
  • Defective bottle. Contact us with a photo and the lot number. Replacement at no charge, defect documented for our quality team.
  • Allergic or adverse reaction. Discontinue use, contact your healthcare provider. Email us — we waive return-shipping requirements and issue a full refund.
  • International orders. 60-day window starts on the carrier-marked delivery date. International return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Subscriptions. Each shipment has its own 60-day window from its delivery date. Cancel anytime from your account or by email.
